GRIEF/LOSS Groups Forming Now:
Please join us in a warm, supportive space where we will share stories of those who are no longer here, as we remember and honor them. Together, we face the pain and support one another. As a therapist specializing in grief and art, Gail’s bereavement groups offer a unique combination of talking and making art. No previous art experience is necessary.  This gentle healing process allows group members to identify their strengths as well as transform their grief into emotional growth. Prefer to meet one on one?  These same creative tools and counseling can be utilized in individual sessions.

Gail is a psychotherapist specializing in grief & loss, transitions, eating disorders and family therapy. She takes a unique approach to her therapy by incorporating creative art prompts and her passion for painting. For Gail, therapy is like creating a painting. As a story unfolds, textures and colors appear and a new, exhilarating vision emerges.
